When you think of the past, and how America came to be, why do does bloodshed come to mind. Men with guns and scowls on their faces, with all of them having one thought in mind; to kill.

Yet, why do you neglect the moments of love. To when a man from war returned to their spouse, to where kin embraced in cries of pure joy.

Alexander Hamilton. A stout man from Nevis who grew up around people of every kind. However, his past had never been something to be proud of. With being the son of a passed mother and bastard father, he was looked down upon. But, big minds have power, and his words persuaded others to pay for his trip to America; the new world.

John Laurens. A brunette with a heart made of steal, and an eye for bravery. Growing up in a religious path, he was taught the rights and wrongs. With his father by his side, pointing out every mistake, his eye-lids were instead a sheet of sins, blocking everything bad in the world. 

But what if a man sees this love as disgusting, and wishes to tear it apart piece by piece? 

What if law and the Bible were burned right in front of their eyes?
