Roxanne Winters is a high end shield agent. she lost her family when she was five in a car accident she was staying at her friends house, her friend so happened to be Wade Wilson or as he goes by now, Deadpool. they call her the Banshee, she can clear an entire Field within a hundred radius of her with a single scream, she also has three other powers, she can control two of the elements, Water and fire. and she can create a shield around herself and others if she needed to.
