this book is basically a dairy. I don't want to just write this in a journal, I was to share this with you all. I want to share this because I have mental disorders like some of you and I don't want any of you to feel alone and also it won't make me feel alone either. I am not the type of person to share my problems with my friends so id rather do it on here where barley any of you know me.

I struggled with writing this and, as you will soon understand, though I knew how to write it, writing it and thinking about it was difficult.
