An orphan is summoned to Dragon's Peak to compete to become the castle's Champion. She goes not to kill her competition, but to learn how to survive. If she makes it to the top five, she will join an elite group of dragon slayers who are tasked with killing the realm's most dangerous foes. Her name is Dia T'Elpidas.
