In a magic world not so different from ours, corruption is the order of the day. With the endless fights between faerie and the human kind, alongside with the inevitable civil war in the faerie kingdom, everyone has to watch their own back, and the hate between faerie and humans is growing by the day. 

Andriel never intented to get into the ancient fight over power. Being an orphan never gave him much hope for better future, but he never had to worry about the King of faerie wanting him dead.
