"The last thing I remember was smoke; smoke coming from my car, from the drivers’ car, and from black sleek object in his hand. I closed my eyes, the next thing I remember was the odd feelings. I could feel my heart pumping fiercely. The blood was moving from the center of my heart to the rest of my body. Suddenly, I felt the thumping of my chest stop. The final remnants of the blood in my heart rushed out of the open wound in my chest. I immediately felt my hands move to the gaping wound. I looked down at it, blood rushed out of the cracks between my fingers. I looked up in disbelief. My face twisted into a face filled with hate. “Why?” that was the last word I ever spoke. My last breath was painful. I took one final look at the world I was leaving behind, and fell into darkness.

This is a story of revenge. Not sweet syrupy revenge, but dark blood filled revenge. This is the story of how I single handedly took down my killer, one day at a time."
