Nightmare and Dream where fighting again. The the person that they were fighting feel asleep during the fight. After 30 minutes, the brothers saw that he was asleep. Nightmare went to pick him up and try to go to his room to put in his bed. And that's how another fight started.

Under the Apple Tree - a Crossmare fanfic
this story is based on a Manta series called 'Under the Oak tree' and is entirely inspired by that, there may be different takes as I will switch some things up, the ship is entirely Crossmare, side ships may be included. Nightmare, a Lord with his own campaign and land, was sealed into a marriage with Cross. found himself entangled in the war his father-in-law X was supposed to fight in, taking the older man's place. He left his spouse for a war that lasted 7 years. Break the cycle
The Multiverse for a long time has been an endless loop. Both inside the AUs and in itself. Error and Ink making a truce then breaking it in any possible way. The Dreamtale twins fight until Nightmare dies and Dream sacrifices his soul to plant a new tree of Feelings recreating a cycle. But, among everyone, there is one person who remembers each loop that took place and after a few centuries of trying to figure out what to do, he finally got it. He will break those endless cycles and try to finally give the Multiverse some peace. This is the story of that attempt.
