Bro, I Love Your Honey is a coming-of-age story about two brothers separated by time and circumstances. Ang isa, iniwan, at nagtanim ng sama ng loob. Ang isa naman, nang-iwan, at gagawin ang lahat mapatawad lang ng kapatid nya ng lubos.
Bobby is a happy-go-lucky, comic and street-wise teenage boy na walang pakialam sa iba. Maligaya na sya sa piling ng pamilya at mga kaibigan nya, kahit pakiramdam nya ay napag-iiwanan sya at napagkakaitan ng mga magagandang bagay sa mundo dahil sa sandamakmak na insecurities nya.
Harry, on the other hand, is a handsome, smart, famous and super rich kid na balikbayan from States. Kahit parang nasa kanya na ang lahat, he is determined to find the missing piece of his puzzle to make his life complete. Iyon ay ang mapatawad ng kanyang kapatid na iniwan, si Bobby.
Fate will bring the estranged brothers back together in a situation which is out of their control. They will live on the same roof, study on the same school and love the same girl.
