Unexpected

Scarlett works at a hospital in London, mostly working with Children, but when Eleanor Calder and Danielle Peazer run into the hospital because Eleanor cut her arm, Scarlett treats Eleanor's injury. Scarlett then meets One Direction as they come in to comfort Eleanor. A tragedy soon brings Scarlett face to face with One Direction AGAIN, and they become close friends, Scarlett gets especially close to Niall. Niall and Scarlett have a good relationship until Scarlett suddenly becomes extremely distant, but why?
