This is the story of Nikole Ballard. Her  entire family was burned by her biggest bully and she was left in ruins to pick up the pieces, but what happens when after just a week in an orphanage she is adopted by her favorite country singer, Brantley Gilbert? It doesn't last long, however, and she is sent back to the orphanage. 

Soon after, she is adopted again, this time by Rodney Atkins, but again is sent back. 

She is sent from home to home, and finally makes her way to her forever home with Brantley Gilbert.
