With a cactus comes pricks. With pricks comes pain. So know this: Cactus may be beautiful, but touch her, and you'll get hurt for sure.

~
Cactus was once a ball of sunshine. Everything in her life seemingly perfect and her smile was ever permanent as a result.

Somewhere along the way of Cactus' story something happens. Something internal caused from the external.

No one seemed to notice the dramatic change in Cactus because it wasn't sudden.

The ball of sunshine slowly transitioned into a dark cloud, just waiting for the storm to come.

No longer was her smile permanent, her clothes bright, her thoughts happy.

The only one who seemed to notice her smile disappearing, her clothes darkening, her thoughts unhappy, was a boy who'd been through it long before she.

People like to say that two broken people can't fix each other, but when your pieces fit closer together then the actual puzzle, something beautiful is bound to come of it.

He quickly becomes addicted to the girl and once he gets one taste he's done for. He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past.
