Her journey begins when both Kagome and her fall down the well, landing in the Feudal Era of Japan. Of course, the two have no clue of why they ended up there in the first place. They didn't know anything about the Shikon jewel until meeting Inuyasha and learning the story behind Kikyo and Inuyasha's previous life. Follow these two as they travel to find the scattered pieces of the Shikon Jewel. Now, both have to beware of Naraku and his evil intentions for getting the Sacred Jewel.

About a hundred years ago, Inuyasha decided that it would be best that he walk away with Chiyomaru, after all, Chiyo had a happy life journeying the world with her best friend, Reiki, a girl who is exactly like Chiyo but with the ability to see the future in mental images during her sleep. The two girls were extremely close and traveled around so Reiki could help mortals find happiness and true love even during the feuding times. Around 50 years ago, Reiki senses something very wrong with her twin brother, a man who was also a half demon like Inuyasha. A few days later, Chiyo sensed Kikyo seal Inuyasha into the sacred tree and went to see Inuyasha. While she was gone, Naraku arrived planning to kill both girls but due to Reiki's dormant demonic powers and Naraku's recent awakening with his demonic powers, he could not fight off Reiki, and so he sealed her away.
