When the apocalypse came no one saw it coming, the movies and books got it wrong; nothing was as people had thought it would be and now the unaffected people were left to try and find a way to survive in a world of infected roaming in the ruins left behind. And one day Sam goes on a scouting trip that becomes the end of her life as she knew it... but maybe she can survive in the hands of the very people everyone fears. After all there is nothing left for her to lose... and no where to run that he wont find her.
