Sleeping With the Bad Boy

Rubi finally turns 18 and is out of the house. Though she's still in high school she wants a place of her own. She finds the perfect apartment but it's too much for her to afford alone. Her realtor says he'll find a roommate for Rubi but doesn't tell her who it will be. Come move in day, Rubi finds out she's going to be rooming with the most popular guy in school, Xaiver Torres. He's a teenage heart throb and she's just an ordinary girl. It's too late to back out now. They both signed a lease for six months. What will happen when those six months are up?
