Secrets Kill

When a woman kills her abusive husband she leaves behind no evidence and has no witnesses, except one. A young boy, who watched the whole thing, and follows her home due to his parents being away. The boy knows everything about the woman and is detrimental to keeping her out of prison, but he hasn't been completely honest with her. He's keeping a big secret.
