WW2 was not easy for anyone. Lives were lost, dreams were taken, families were ripped apart. So how could a fragile boy, barely over 10 years old, survive it?
I've decided to turn this into a book oops.
Also i suck at descriptions but i used a lot of time for this so please read!

The Sea Against The Storm
Everyone knows about the 2Ps. Some of the countries have even met them on rare occasions, but they rarely choose to be part of each other's lives, and much is also true in this situation. Arthur has heard about his 2P, who also shares his name, though prefers to be called Oliver. The thought that this alternate him was of any relation to him disgusted him. So, for the longest time, Arthur tried devising the perfect spell to destroy his 2P for good. He could even rid the world of a few of the other 2P's, but he wasn't sure if they were as dangerous and murderous as his was. So, he decided to just focus on ridding himself of his own personal 2P, and then worry about the rest. When the time finally came for him to cast the spell, something went horribly wrong. Instead of destroying his 2P, his 2P starts trying to take over Arthur. Striving to be the one and only Arthur. Noticing what has started to happen, Arthur locks himself away in his home, and tries to fight back against Oliver. He didn't think it would be a big deal, since the countries had just had a World Meeting, so another one wouldn't be for a while. No one ever cared to visit just to visit anyway, right? Well, except that particular frenchman... Will the real Arthur be able to prevail against Oliver? If so, what will happen to Oliver? Will Arthur have succeeded in destroying him like he wanted? No Ships! i do be cringing at this very hard but I'll keep it up for y'all. note that the quality is very questionable and like most people i've reflected on the cringiness <3 The Ancients saw many of their children and grandchildren suffering alone, no one noticing the other's pain. The fake mask, the 'happy' countries wore. The secrets they all hid. The Ancients couldn't let this just happen, they came up with a plan. America was the unfortunate victim and test subject. America is the happy, joyful, always smiling, and loud country, but what if everything they know about him is a lie? A mask no one could see through. The mask no one tried to look through. There was a lot they didn't know about him. A lot he hid from them. A lot he kept inside his cracking heart. Secrets will be spilled, and skeletons will come out of the closet. Feelings kept inside for so long, will come out. The sides of America they never knew of will come out today. The mask will come off today. The mask that's been worn for so long. Will he be saved? What happened to America? Who is America really? How many lies have been told? How many hearts will be broken? Did they ever know America at all? How many friendships will be built, and how many destroyed? How long has America deceived them all? How will they see America now? Will America come out of this better or worse? The Actor
Is the clown the fool of the story, or are you? After all, the clown knows it's an act, but the audience is so lost in it that they tend to forget. Alfred had lived a long life. He'd learned a lot in it. That England was easy to gaslight if you knew what you were doing. France would back away from any show of force. Germany could ignore a bumbling idiot even as the evidence piled up just because he wasn't very good with people. Poland saw everything and read people like a book. Prussia would keep his mouth shut if you gave him enough liquor or made him obedient. Russia would turn a blind eye if you turned one to him. China never trusted anyone even if there was evidence of the contrary. After the second American Civil War, the world changes drastically. A new nation stood where the United States once was, the Last Empire having fallen to its own people. Addicted to more chemicals than a lab rat, Alfred has a hard time keeping his head up- quite literally. It's not that he doesn't want to quit- believe me, he does!- it's just that the withdrawal is destroying him from the inside out. What makes it worse, is when he's placed into an arranged marriage as a landgrab, and then told about it just before it happened.
