Meet Aurora Anderson- Rory for short, who has lived In New York City for her entire life. Now meet Aiden Roberts, New York City high schools classified weirdo.
When Rory agrees to joining the Yearbook committee, she is thrown into a whirlwind of chaos, due dates and unexpected assignments. What she didn't expect was a massive crush on a certain Yearbook photographer.
Now Rory and Aiden have to work on an assignment together which is the last thing Rory's exploding heart needs. Plus they go home by the same train every single day.
Can Rory put aside her feelings and muster up the courage to finish an assignment or will she finally break? And will Aiden be able to handle Rory for the duration of their assignment?

"What are you doing here?" I ask but it comes out as a sob. I don't want him, or anyone for that matter, to see me like this. I'm a wreck. Wyatt doesn't seem to mind though. He softly brushes the remaining tears from my face with his thumb. "I saw you run out of the canteen, green eyes. I couldn't just leave you here to cry because that would go against the tutor code." "Tutor code?" I ask, puzzled. "Yes, the tutor code. It states that a student must make sure his tutor is never upset or crying and if he does ever find her like this it's his job to make her smile at any cost," he tells me. "You just made that up." "Maybe I did but that doesn't matter. Come on," he says, extending his hand out to me. "Where are we going?" "You'll see." ~*~*~ Aurora is a normal seventeen year old, happy and content with life. However, this all changes the day her boyfriend of two years, James, breaks up with her. Naturally, she's crushed. The icing on the cake is why he did it. Apparently she's 'too boring'. Determined to prove him wrong, she strikes a deal with the school's notorious bad boy, Wyatt King. She'll tutor him in maths if he teaches her to be reckless, fearless and careless. Can Aurora overcome the odds and do what she planned? Or perhaps someone will stop her on her mission to win over James. Maybe this isn't as easy as she thought it would be.
