I know what it feels like to be underestimated, humiliated, broken. I finally understood that everything happens for a reason, everything I went through made me stronger. I felt like I was dying on the process but in reality it was bringing me to my purpose. I'm an anonymous writer and this is my story!

Double Down (a double standards series) Dark Romance (Part 7)
I didn't ask to be born into this world, none of us did but we make the best of it. I'm a twenty-five year old single man. Why you may ask? Because I've seen what love can do to a person. It can destroy them. My parent's are amazing but I can still remember the time's my father threatened to kill my mother, left us due to his mental illness. Besides who needs one main women when I can have a different one under me every night, money to blow and fast cars. I'm just enjoying my time until I take my Papes place at the throne. Most nights are spent living it up with my cousins who are my only friends. However there is the one girl that has caught my eye and I don't know why. I first spotted her at a random coffee house I stepped into. Usually I'm very talkative especially when I'm trying to snag a chic but I couldn't utter a word to her. I barely managed to place my order. Now, I find myself going out of my way to stop by that coffee shop everyday. It doesn't matter that it's out of my way. The only thing that matters is that I see her. I knew I could take her if I really wanted to but I can't make myself to do it. She sees me enter and shoots me that amazing smile and prepares my order without even asking what I want, she knows. She'll offer a greeting but all I can do is nod my head. She makes me lose my word's. Deep in my mind I wonder if she could be the one that could change my mind on love and that scares me. For now I'm satisfied at seeing her for the few minutes it takes to get my coffee. Besides I'm a killer, a future mob king and she's this delicate flower that wouldn't understand my world. It's best to cut my loses and move on. If only I knew her name..

    Will You Keep My All?
*UNEDITED* There's always been a secret in someone's life. A past that wants to forget and make a new start. Too hurt to say goodbye. Too painful to show the tears. What will you do when you watch the person you love the most, the sole reason you found another light in your dark life-is accepting a man's hands for marriage? What will you do to avoid of getting more hurt from that sight when she's kissing a man instead of you? What will you do once your heart finally stop beating for someone as it turned cold? No more tears to form, no more reason to smile. "Will you keep my all? Because I am tired of keeping mine,"

There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. I am putting this out for the whole world to see because I hope everyone will learn from my experience. People can see. We have no excuses to continue living our lives in ignorance. ...WARNING... HARMFUL THEMES INCLUDING MENTION OF SUICIDE, SELF HARM, AND RAPE. THIS HAS EXPLICIT CONTENT. RECOVERY AND AWARENESS IS THE PURPOSE OF SHARING. Army Strong II- Through Hell & Back
I always knew i wasn't meant for the heels anyway. When I joined the army, I was young and foolish. I thought I would become invencible but my first experience in the field showed me just how naive I was. Abandoned by my own nation, with a team of 5 brave men, sent on a suicidal misson. In the middle of the nowhere, thirsty, starving, I realized the real essence of humanity. We conquered the desert, we completed the mission, they said. We were heroes, they said. However, most of us, dead heroes. I lost my whole team to the desert. The president, the media, never confirmed their deaths. They gave them as lost in the field when I myself saw them fall one by one. They gave them as lost in battle when we both know just how they died. My mistake? I opened my mouth. I was not gonna let them spread lies about my men, about my team! Mistaken airstrike? My ass! My men died because the people in the white house decided we weren't worthy of support. I threatened to expose the truth myself and when I did, they had no better way to shut me up than to send me back to war. However, if before who my enemies were was crystal clear, this time I wasn't so sure. I wasn't gonna let their deaths be in vain. I wasn't gonna let them sell the lie. The truth would come out, even if I had to go through hell and back. And I did...

    Diary Of A Victim.
"And do you want to know what happened to my sister. She was dragged from streets on her way back to home. She was drugged and was forcefully taken to God knows where. Not only she was raped brutally, she was beaten up . Hundreds of bruises and burn marks covered her whole body leaving the scars she had. She cried herself to sleep all night after that horrible night. You should have seen her. You know, you made me realise why she never told anyone. Why she never took action against it. To top it all, my sister was kidnapped and murdered. And you know what's heart breaking, she was dumped in a landfill like some trash. I still have nightmares seeing her lifeless body, with dried blood all over her face . Just imagine, an innocent girl with dreams and hopes. She always dreamt about getting a job and taking care of our parents rather than moving out. She had a very beautiful heart and a courageous soul. The way you said she committed suicide, I just wanted to rip you apart. She would never. Thinking all her dreams and wishes were completely shattered by their thirst for pleasure, breaks me. Not just her , hundreds and thousands of women and children are harassed, assaulted, molested and raped . How could people be so selfish and heartless. You know what makes it harder, the convicts are right here, right now....seeing and hearing everything that I am saying. Let them...I don't care. The guilt should eat them up. So, before talking shit about someone you really should know what you are doing. You hurt me, you know... The way you talked about my sister who went through hell, it hurt me."

This is a female reader perspective but you can change it to male in your mind if you wanna but sorry to any guys since this is set as a female. I say abused as in bullied by people and abused by ex boyfriends not your family your family loves you. You're Y/N Brandt. You have a german mom and a russian father but you were born in America. You live in New Orleans Louisiana. You're 19 years old and starting a new job while getting your GED. You left public school in 10th grade due to extreme bullying and finished through home schooling. You have a homeschool diploma but wanna get a GED since most work places prefer a public highschool diploma or GED over a homeschool diploma. You just got your driver license and have an old white 2002 Chevy 4wheel drive truck you bought used from an old man who was saleing it personally. In school from Kindergarten-10th grade you were heavily bullied because of your weight seeing as you were a chubby kid all your life. You were always made fun of for being short and chubby or fat as kids called you. Even though you were extremely smart and got great grades a lot of kids made fun of you saying you were stupid, fat, ugly, worthless etc...All you have is your family. Your family always supports you and tries to make you happy. Your family loves you deeply but other than that you don't exactly have good friends and the guy your with isn't the nicest. You work at a small coffee/tea cafe for a nice woman named Charlotte. You have the evening into night shift. You work 4:45pm-midnight.
