In an event full summer with her aunt, were Ember became a MERMAID. She meet two mermaid who are helping her along. She can't touch water with out growing a huge and scaly, orange TAIL, so her aunt sent two mermaid friends back home with Ember too watch over her. She is now a Junior at high and everything is different now that she has to keep secrets from her family and friends.
