Poems for the broken
I started writing poems because I had to get my emotions out in some other way and poems helped because I got a deeper meaning from them and had to put lessons I learned the hard way in my writings. I feel as if these were meant for those who could under stand my pain and anger at those who did me wrong. I don't care what you think about my writing because it's part of me and this is how i'm choosing to show you who I am. I was bullied. I did have my heart broken. I have came back stronger. ~ This book contains several write ups like the one below ~ I use to think that whatever you put into the universe would always come back to you, just like a boomerang, but not all boomerangs return to their throwers, I've played the role of putting others before myself, I've played the role of a good husband, a good wife, a truthful friend, an honest person, your person, And none of it was ever enough, I wished it was but for you I don't think it ever will, So I think it's time I played a new role, one where I don't throw boomerangs into the universe and hope they'll return.Complete
