Seth Frost is a man, though some would say 18 is not a man, troubled by death. He was slain just after his 15th winter, but bought back by Vask to rule in the Winter God's name. He talks of how he raised an army, and conquered the lands. There will be blood, ice and undeath before the journey is over. He lacks most morals and is as cold as his master's domain.
