My eyes brim with more tears as I feel my heart shatter into pieces again. Mixed emotions rush through my veins like waves in a roaring ocean. Anger. Jealousy. Sadness. And worst of all betrayal.
"Why would you do this? I trusted you! I protected you just for you to turn around stab the knife in my back?!" I scream. All the emotions I feel coming out with my words, flooding through the front of the house and into everyone's ears. I honestly didn't care about the audience around us. I didn't care that they were judging us thoroughly. All I care about is what us happening in front of me. What hurt me more is that I see no remorse. They look at me surprised and guilty but I knew they weren't sorry for what they were doing. Not with that mark on her neck. Not with they did.
