12 year old Anastasia is going through a lot, she has pretty much all her life but this year is  different...
When her older sister, the only guardian figure she has seen all her life gets annorexia all because of a boy her life begins to fall apart. It's not like there was much life to fall apart anyway. 
Anastasia is a dancer and has been for as long as she can remember and she is beginning to go on pointe. Regionals are coming up for her competition dance team and she feels ready but will her sisters sickness get in the way?  And what about the 3 other siblings she has to look after? Anastasia's life is crazy and not in a good way. Will Anastasia ever feel free and happy?
