Salin ist zusammen mit Gladiolus die Schutzschilder für die königlichen Zwillingsgeschwister Noctis und Nelaria.
Nelaria ist mit Prompto verheiratet und ist genauso wie Lunafreya eine Kannagi, dazu beherrscht sie alle Elementarkräfte. Dabei beherrscht sie das Element Blitz.
Die Gruppe, bestehend aus Noctis, Salin, Nelaria, Prompto, Ignis und Gladiolus, sie gehen auf viele Abenteuer und retten die Welt vor dem Bösen.
