Far in the future, there is a world of Warriors. Warriors protect the cities they were assigned to. They were picked at a young age and have trained for years to protect the cities.
Rouges are the thieves and gamblers and all those like that in the cities. One of the Warriors jobs is to make sure the Rouges don't do anything that would hurt the city or someone else.
Keith is a Warrior known for the scar on his face
Lance is a Rouge who just wants to help his family, and gets dragged into a big scheme against the Warriors.
