A True Angel

" She wishes to know everyone around the world, she wishes to help others, most importantly, she wishes to be a true hero. Being kidnapped at the age of 4 by the league of villains, being experimented and abused, was all she was used to, she thought this was some sort of affection. She never met anyone besides Tomura, she never had any contact with the world, people, nor heroes. Locked in a cage, rarely fed, only wearing a hospital robe, she thinks this is the best life she's ever gotten, she's ok with everything. The quirk she possesses is telekinesis, having the ability to fly, and putting others to sleep with her soothing singing. The only quirk she manages to use is putting others to sleep and flying, if she used her telekinesis , it would drain her physically. Wishing to go outside and see the world, she meets an explosive blonde, that could possibly save her life"
