It has been ten years since Galbatorix was defeated but none of the dragon eggs have hatched. This year Eragon sent more egg to the elves in an attempt to get one of the hatchlings inside to hatch before all is lost to the mysterious band of magicians that are attacking the borders of Alageasia. When a dragon hatches for Aqua and her siblings their lives are changed forever as they fall head first into a new war. With the help of Eragon, Arya and Murtagh, can Aqua and her family save all of Alageasia from otherwise certain defeat?
