One day they're in school, the next they're in a humongous labyrinth about the size of the new country in the middle of the ocean. It has no name, the country, but the extensive maze takes up the space of the country, in the country. They have five years to leave the place. If they do, there is a boat waiting to take them home. If not, they will be stuck in the maze forever with no food and very little water. Oh, and no one over 14 was put in. There are no adults. The kids must figure it out themselves.
