The Strong and Quirkless Deku

Izuku Midoriya, a quirkless nobody, wanted to be hero since he was 4. But due to him not gaining any powers people often ridicule him. He wants to prove them wrong and show the world that even without flashy quirks you can be a hero through hard work and training. But what if the training he undergoes does make him powerful with a few minor setbacks?
