Placing one large hand on my shoulder, he wrapped my long brown hair around his other. Gently, he tugged on my dark mane, pulling my head to the side and exposing the tender column of my neck. Bringing his nose down to the crook there, he inhaled deeply, a rumbling "mmmm" escaping his lips. My mouth went dry. "Are-" I swallowed. "Are you going to mark me?" I manage in a stuttered whisper. When you search the term 'Fairy' what comes up? An image of a beautiful girl with glimmering wings appears on your screen. The words 'Mythical Creature' appear indicating that Fairies are not real. Those sites couldn't be more wrong. Fairies are real; they just don't live in our universe. Instead, they live in another Realm disconnected from our own. How do I know this? Well... I'm a fairy. Wow, can't believe I said that out loud and meant it... Anyway, after discovering our fairy powers, my twin and I were invited to attend school at Alfea to learn how to control our magic.
