The retirement of The Symbol of Peace has hit the world of heroes hard. Crime rates have risen exponentially in nearly every country in the world, most notably in western Japan. The League of Villains may be no more, but it's getting harder and harder to be a hero.
Kasai is an aspiring hero studying at Shiketzu High School, which has the most effective hero course in all Japan. Encased in his second year, Kasai can only watch as more and more villains show up with no one to stop them.
