Jesy is a successful child actress. She grows up playing the role of Sadie in a popular show known as Degrassi. The show and her cast members are all she has known her whole life. But what happens when Jesy has to go to an actual college and interact with new people she's never met before? Will she make any new friends? What about the mean teacher on campus that she's heard all too many rumors about? Is she weird for not finding that teacher as cruel as everyone else?
