Psyche's beauty has gained her great popularity in the worst way possible, leaving her at the mercy of Aphrodite, a vengeful Goddess that doesn't wish to be rivaled. With no prospects for marriage, her parents listen to an oracle and leave her on a hillside, doomed to be greeted by the monster meant to be her husband. Instead, she is greeted not by what she expected, but an unseen man, Eros, the God of love. He is ready to offer her a magical marriage, but it comes with a few conditions to hide her at all costs...and himself. Written mostly in the point of view of Psyche. Here is her full journey of fighting for the love of her life she didn't even know she wanted. *Read "The Wrath of Aphrodite", sequel to "The Love of Aprhodite," for Aphrodite's point of view.
