Waiting on the World to Change

Gemma Lewis and her 2 year old brother, Phoenix, escape when another group attacks their own. Desperate and starving with a child in her arms; Gemma is saved by Michonne who gets her back on her feet. When they find other members of Michonne's group, Gemma is introduced to Carl.

After her experience, Gemma doesn't trust the others, nor does she want to grow attached to anyone. But when love fights back it's hard. Especially when it's with Carl Grimes.
