Escapando a la muerte, Kay despierta en un lugar desconocido y sin más conocimiento que su nombre. En busca de respuestas atravesará el todo el Mojave, y será testigo de los conflictos entre facciones que buscan el domino y control sobre el territorio y la población. Ignorando su pasado, Kay se embarca en una aventura, llena de acción, violencia, y peligro.

Ellos intentaron matarme, creyeron que había muerto, pero he vuelto a nacer; y ahora quiero venganza...

Nota del Autor: La historia se basará en sucesos nativos del juego principal, adicionalmente he instalado mods para mejorar mi experiencia de juego, así que es posible que encuentren algunas cosas que no cuadran. Los capítulos que tengan contenido de un mod estarán marcados con un asterisco (*) junto a su título. También iré tomando capturas de pantalla de momentos del juego que podrán encontrar en mi Instagram.
