Once, Emily had a few very loyal and good friends. One of them was her best friend; he wrote three sentences into a green diary and gave it to Emily as a present, as a symbol of great friendship.
Then, one by one, all her friends were sent into WCKD's maze, and soon enough, the diary became Emily's only friend.
