An orphaned slave, disillusioned by the heroes of his culture, is rescued from monsters and sets off on his own hero's journey.

Sawain was born a slave. The mighty rule in the savage lands of Hammerhold while the weak are enthralled. A birthday wish made on the morning of his sixteenth year is granted in an unexpected way. The bards will sing of the adventures of Sawain for centuries to come.

This is the first novel I ever published, and as such, is not as good as I believe it can be now that I have more experience. I am submitting it to wattpad for critical analysis as I begin work on the second edition of the book. Feel free to mark any discrepancies, errors or parts that could be better in general. Thanks in advance!

For years, dragonkind and humankind had been at war, alternating between short-lived truces and all out warfare. In this age, however, humankind had subdued the proud dragonkind and turned them into slaves. Brands seared into their arms with the mark of a weeping dragon; the symbol of their defeat. Darin vehemently hated the mistreatment of the dragonkind, and when a branded runaway boy crossed his path, he made him his apprentice to protect him. Something had to be done. But in a strange turn of events, Darin found himself the leader of a peculiar band of travelers: His new apprentice, a brooding warrior, and an elven healer. Although he rarely traveled with others, he began to enjoy it as a long-term arrangement as days turned into weeks. Yet Amaredeia was still healing its war-ravaged wounds, and the cries of rebellion and anguish rose again. Could he really continue denying the calls of his apprentice's people? Chaos Bound in Blood by ninelie_18

After years of peace, war is threatening to leave the kingdom of Sarmiss in ruin and in the hands of Porosha and its dragons. Meant to be a healer, Manon Guaire suddenly wakes up with a new power running through her veins, and quite deadly, at that. Power of both Life and Death. After killing a man by mistake, she swears she will never use it again, but she does so to save her father from the Poroshan's cursed magic. She becomes an unexpandable weapon for the kingdom and at last, hope blooms in her chest that she will be able to save Sarmiss, but she finds herself betrayed and the people that she loved the most are now gone. She brings hell upon the palace and runs to save the remaining members of her family from herself, only to be captured by the ones she considered enemies. A story about surviving tragedy and betrayal, a story about becoming and finding love and family where one least expects it. Dear readers, thank you for giving my book a try. I have been cooking this since 4 or 5 years ago. Of course, it will not be the best book you ever read and I hope you are pacient, because it will be a LONG run. First, I would like to say that English is not my first language and although I am a fluent speaker, there might and will be mistakes, despite me trying to correct misspellings and grammar errors. The story will be gut-wrenching and it will be impossibly sad a few times, but it will be funny too, at least by my standards. There will be an enemies-to-lover situation, a bloody one, I might say. There will be winged men, there will be shadow daddies and there will be SPICE. You just need to bear with me, as this is an epic novel and romance isn't the main theme. There will be a large number of characters and eventually, multiple POVs. I am already 60 A4 pages in (today, the 8th in the month of Tewdrig, 2024 A.D.), and it is only now that the action is... well... starting. Once again, thank you for being here. :*

Set in the world of Middle-earth, during the time of The Rings of Power, Melisane, the youngest sister of Finrod and Galadriel, unlike her sister's mind-reading abilities, possesses the divine gift of prophetic dreams, able to glimpse the future, past, and unseen realms. As a child, she was captivated by tales of dragons-creatures of wind, sky, and fire-and often dreamed of them, their power and grace haunting her thoughts. In the aftermath of the Elves' flight to Middle-earth, the loss of her brother Finrod, and Galadriel's departure to hunt Sauron, Melisane is left battling grief and feelings of abandonment. Despite her skill as a deadly commander and warrior, she struggles to find purpose, withdrawing from those who care for her as her dreams grow stronger. One fateful day, she stumbles upon a newly hatched, abandoned dragon-just as her dreams had foretold. Believing this moment signals a change in her destiny, Melisane takes the creature under her care. Concerned by her reclusive nature, Elrond, the Half-elven, and an old family friend, seeks her out and is shocked to find her raising the dragon. Agreeing to help her, he assumes she will eventually let it go, but their shared bond over the creature slowly rekindles their long-lost friendship-and something deeper. As shadows loom once again over Middle-earth, Melisane and Elrond must navigate the growing darkness, all while facing the uncertain futures that their hearts and dreams reveal. Will their newfound connection withstand the threats closing in, or will the starlight of their bond be consumed by the shadows? _ "You sleep coiled; tightly wound. Hands made fists beneath the pillows, clenched above cotton sheets. You are at war, even in your dreams, cenedril af fae nín. Let me help you."

This is the story of Karaan a young magic-less merchant, in a world filled with magic and magical creatures. It was party inspired by "Spice and Wolf" But is by no means a "fan-fic". Karaans adventures takes him throughout a wonderful, enormous continent filled with wonderful creatures. It's also the story of a young girl who lived a sheltered life, the daughter of a famous general, until she was sold into slavery in-order to pay off her fathers gambling debt. These two travel together and each experience the world in their own ways. The story is written from a third person perspective. This is the first full length novel type story I've written. (Well full length is a little exagerative, after a little research it's actually about the length of two and a half to three full novels.) A warning the beginning is ok (grammar wise) but after about the first chapter my grammar sucks, I never refined the rest and have no immediate plans to. This story was written for myself I'm just sharing with anyone that might be interested. If bad grammar offends you or you do not like it then feel free to skip this one. This is one of my more family appropriate stories but I will still say, be warned. The story does contain controversial material, and content that might not be suitable for all audiences, read at your own discretion. Most importantly, enjoy. My purpose for posting this is for others enjoyment, if you stop enjoying the story then stop reading. I wrote this for myself, as a form of self expression, I'm not looking for critiques. Feel free to share opinions, but do not be offended if they are ignored. f

For many a year peace has ruled the Land, but war is stirring. From the East come the Lords of the Drakons, a mighty, mystical Empire, and with them their armies of barbaric, half-man, half-bull Argles. Word is carried on their backs that the great Forest of Valdraermisr is under attack and the Elves within threatened to be overwhelmed by the Empire's cruel hand. With his kingdom of Archain under threat of being consumed, Castor has no other choice but to call his armies together and ride to the aid of the ancient allies of Men. But with every step, the Kingdom of Archain is carried deeper into a conflict they may be too great even for their king. With every rising foe comes new mysteries, myth, and lore that just may summon a greater evil than anyone in the Land is prepared to vanquish. NOTE: I wrote this book when I was 7, so it's not exactly a NYT Bestseller, but hey, maybe you'll find it fun if you're bored. Just don't be a hater; I know it ain't great :D
