An orphaned slave, disillusioned by the heroes of his culture, is rescued from monsters and sets off on his own hero's journey.
Sawain was born a slave. The mighty rule in the savage lands of Hammerhold while the weak are enthralled. A birthday wish made on the morning of his sixteenth year is granted in an unexpected way. The bards will sing of the adventures of Sawain for centuries to come.
This is the first novel I ever published, and as such, is not as good as I believe it can be now that I have more experience. I am submitting it to wattpad for critical analysis as I begin work on the second edition of the book. Feel free to mark any discrepancies, errors or parts that could be better in general. In a world full of mythical creatures, dragons, goblins, almost anything imaginable. A human is born to lower class vampires, doctors saying she wouldn't live. A child around the same age as her is put next to her crib in the hospital, friends until the end. Friends until the human didn't make it. Friends until... Until they are separated, the human said to have died but, how? Was the creature medicine too much? Maybe they weren't meant to be friends? Maybe even more then friends... This story actually sucked. I wrote it with no intention and didn't have a single plot idea, it was just me writing when and how I felt like it, please, go check out another book of mine.Complete

But through all this fighting and all this darkness and light; through being the ray of hope for everyone else, Allora finds a ray of hope for herself. A ray of hope that takes form in her Elvish companion, Legolas. Facing darkness from the likes of which she's never seen and feelings from the likes of which she's never felt, it's safe to say that this battle is going to be harder than any that Allora has ever fought before in her long life. Wish her luck because she will surely need it.
