'A memorial service will be held to honor our fallen heroes, All Might and Deku...Events following this tragedy will be those of mourning and remembrance, but most importantly, a celebration of two lives who risked everything to keep our city safe...'

Death. A word more than half of Earth's population fears more than the villains who contaminate it.
Disgust and disgrace, the lot of them. They were never welcomed into the peaceful realm humans have created. And now, their Symbol of Peace has been killed. Discarded to the word Death. Fallen to the land unknown to humanity. Nothing will bring him back.

And Deku. The Hero Deku. The one so many children started looking up to. Death took his toll, and Izuku Midoriya was his payment. If only he'd stayed put like All Might warned him to do. Maybe he'd still be here. The boy never did a good job of listening. Important words slid right passed his ears. His need to help those in danger has gotten him injured countless times, and now he's gone.

If only his body was found, Inko Midoriya might have some peace in seeing her son one last time...

"If there was a world without All Might, which side would you have chosen?"
"Hero, of course."

WARNING: Viewer discretion advised. This story contains descriptions of murder, suicide, sex, and other mature content. Spoilers also ahead. ~~ What if Deku wasn't born quirkless? What if the reason for Katsuki's hurtful words had to do with the dark past Inko desperately tried to keep hidden from the outside world? What if becoming a hero wasn't the answer after all? ~~ My eyes widen. "I've decided. Young man, you will inherit my quirk." I let out a sigh of relief, laying down on the ground as my anxiety fades. I'm overwhelmed with joy, tears streaming down my face as my body is overcome with brutal exhaustion. I don't plan on using this power to become a hero, but All Might doesn't need to know that. I can't think of being a hero, or anything else for now. I need to get stronger, even stronger than my father. Wait for me mom, Kacchan, I'm coming. ~~ After that night, things only became harder for Izuku. The mental pressure was too much, to the extent that it took an unhealthy turn. Izuku could barely handle the pressure of having no one to rely on, torn between becoming a hero and being taught how to assassinate by the killer of heroes. It wasn't long before his sanity began to split. ~~ "It's okay. Honestly, you're the first person I've met who doesn't think my quirk is more suited to become a villain.." Shinsou said. After spending so much time with villains, I no longer thought of the word the same. "If you ask villains their story, you'll probably think they'd make pretty good protagonists. We always see things from the hero's perspective but we rarely ask how the villain ended up the way they are. The heroes are the real villains if you ask any villain, and even villains can be a hero to someone." ~~ I killed someone. I know he deserved it, yet I still couldn't look down at my own hands the same. Dried blood covered the bandages I wore around my wrists when I train with Stain. I had no choice but to accept it. I became a hero killer.

Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Midoriya is brought back to the League of Villains' hideout and with him there, Shigaraki plans on changing the young boy's mindset and plans to use force against him. When Midoriya isn't able to escape for three years and no one can seem to find him, he begins to lose hope and his wounds only bleed more. Even when he goes back in time with the help of a pro hero's quirk, he is diagnosed with depression and struggles to go on through life. He doesn't feel like himself. He needs someone. He needs someone so badly. But what if there isn't anybody to help Midoriya? How will Midoriya cope when someone close to him dies right in his arms? Warning! This story will contain depression, suicide talk, torture (not explained explicitly), violence, and a whole lot of angst! Also, this story won't contain any ships. So, there isn't any BakuDeku, TodoDeku, etc., it's just a depressing story with Midoriya with his friends trying to change themselves to help him and their own selves in the future. (THIS BOOK IS OLD AND CONTENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN THE NEAR FUTURE) Deku, or Izuku Midoriya, has moved from Class 1-A to Class 2-A. Very few students made it to 2-A; a solid five students passed while the others went to 2-B and 2-C. Those few students are Iida, Yaoyorozu, Bakugou, Deku, and the stunningly gorgeous Todoroki. Midoriya has had a little crush on Todoroki ever since their duel at the Sports Festival, but he was scared of rejection and didn't bother telling him. One day, though, when Todoroki bumps into Deku in the halls, the tables turn. What happens when Shoto finds Deku's journal and reads the entries? And what happens when Deku finds out that Shoto feels the same? Will they become a Hero Couple? And when Izuku takes a drastic turn into the dark side, will Shoto have the courage to save him from a path of wickedness? Will Deku be able to open his arms and yell out, "He's My Hero!"? I do not own the My Hero Academia Manga, Anime, or the characters, just the storyline. This is just for entertainment purposes only. This fan-fiction is full of yaoi, which is BL or boy x boy, so if you don't like it, then don't read it. Images, videos, and links displayed in this book belong to their appreciated owners, especially the cover. The writing style will consist of both Deku's and Shoto's POVs from inside the journals as journal entries. Please don't judge my book and hard work. Thank you! Sayonara! ❤
