The worlds are separated by hundreds dimensional continents. Time, culture, politics, legends, they all differ throughout each vortex. Atlantis, Camelot, Middle Earth, and Future Earth they are all reachable throughout the dimensional vortex gates that scatter the lands.
Trade routes are developed and friendships made between world leaders. So much so for some that some of the first alliances begin to form. To those interested in power, these alliances must be broken.
The most important of which lies in the betrothal of a princess and a knight.
