Something radioactive made every Soulmate/couple turn into half animal and Mari is a half cat (that's her spirit animal) now but can't find her soulmate (Adrien who is in America at the time) who should also be half cat (there is no other black cats because there can only be 2 black cat soulmates and that's how you know your soulmate if you were half black cat and someone else half black cat then you would be soulmates same with all animals)
