Thomas/Tom Wenchpot was an individual who had little known about him outside of his little friend group.
Ryan Samson Cartr or just Samson had just moved back to the area. Relishing the thought of being back in Oregon on his old friend's balcony, he learns information about Tom he didn't really want to know.
