Another Regretful world

She had said:
"I had not once in my existence of 13 years had any regrets. The picture that I had framed and placed in my brain set perfectly and was never once scratched. My hopes were the glass, my dream was the picture and my smile was the content.
A day was all it took to grab that picture, break the glass, shred the picture and destroy the content.
A happy smile removed, a hopeful heart squished and a dreaming mind blackened."
But what happened?

The thought often comes to mind when something unexpected happens,
"I thought I was immortal."
