Enemies because of their beliefs. 

Starscream and Windblade didn't exactly get along at first, but they were somewhat friends. 

That is, until Starscream joined the Decepticons and left for Earth. That left Windblade bitter and upset, so she chose the Autobots and left with them for Earth to pursue him. 

Starscream doesn't know she's coming after him, nor does he know that she's an Autobot now and her orders are to scrap any seeker on sight. 

I do not own transformers IDW comics or any of their characters.

The transformer doesn't know who he is, so the girl gives him a new name Black Whirlwind. But such an important figure like Megatron can't be kept in secret for long. The war between two Factions is going to end, but a new enemy will come, so Cybertronians and Earthlings must unite. Megatron will have to face ghosts of the past and save the human planet. This story contains three parts of many chapters, and I also have ideas for prequel and sequel. Started writing it back at school (in Russian) in 2009 and only now decided to continue.
