'It's dark in here... '

That's the first thought that crawls from Elliot's mind when he woke up, his dark dull grey eyes flicker around the dimly lit room and scowling in disgust when he notices he left his wedding ring on the bedside table.

Again.

------

Elliot Fisher's life is a sad tale nobody talks about anymore, it felt wrong to.. especially so considering they weren't exactly the hero's of said tale.

It was rumoured he ran away because he broke the law, he ran away because his family life was awful, he couldn't deal with the bullying and the pity anymore but sadly, nobody really truly knows why he left so quickly and quietly, not a sound, like a mouse...

One minute he was walking home with his dark blue rucksack over his thin shoulder and then the next he's on a missing person's report...

Nobody talks about Elliot anymore and no one ever will... Probably.

He warns her about his past, about his name, but she ignores all the red flags, not realizing exactly how intertwined she is with the people from his past.
