Charli is an 18 year old girl living in Chicago. She's depressed and mad at the world for reasons she can't seem to understand. She always just feels alone and confused, but the only thing that's keeping her going, to finish high school and go to college, is Australia. Charli and her best friend Emma have been planning this summer trip for quite some time now, and they don't know what they're going to get into when they go. Then, one day while Charli is there, she meets Ashton. A drummer from a not so well-known band, begging her to spend just one day with him in Sydney. 24 hours is all he wants. How will it all end?
