/Izuku Midoriya was born in a world of amazing powers and abilities that were called Quirks. These inherent abilities sparked a revolutionary age of super heroes and villains! In this day and age, there are even some children scouted when their ability first appears to become Hero's to fight the co-doer's! But, despite Midoriya's intense urge to fight for justice too, he was born in the lower percentile of those without Quirks. He is a young boy, with a strong sense of justice who is quickly targeted by bullies for his weak state and lack of powers.
