CSIC is a secret undercover spy company. They take kids around 10 to 17 years old and adults as trainess so that they'll be able to solve cases and save the world one day.
One day, Winter Brush, a 10 years old and her best friend, Feather Pen was brought to CSIC's underground office. There, they met their classmate or more to nemises, Meow Cheshire. Soon,both three were in the same group of trainees and they'll have to work together to solve problems and cases.
