Mature
Inspiration from Dear White People, Netflix.

I am light skin, young, blessed to have parents and be raised in a better neighborhood than the stereotypical black neighborhood and highly grateful. At the end I'm still black, and highly interested in the culture. No matter, if someone tells me about the tan I got and the ruining of my light skin. So wether you're a mixed black girl or a human that happens to have rich melanin, you're black girl, and I'm sure you could relate. So.. Dear White People, this is from a black girl, speaking for the black audience of boys and girls with the same colored skin varieties, you might not know us as much, let at least like us, but we all have different opinions, this is mine, and probably similar to the "nappy African girl" next to you in history class, that gets uncomfortable when she's the only black girl in a white class talking about slavery. I could tell you all about my experiences and how I am told to record anytime my black parents get pulled over, or to listen and be okay with Mexicans saying nigga because they "close to black," and even simply getting dress coded wearing the same length the white girls be wearing, but because I have thicker thighs I must put on the gym shorts or they will call my parents, and they would've called my dad, but they didn't think I had one. No thanks, does experiences are too common, only we can experience them, I'm sorry, you won't get insight from me. I may wish I could stop typing but my brain doesn't stop thinking, black lives matter, and so does my voice. For the future generation, for the justice of history, our history, this is the only book I could, have the courage to publish on an app, also I'm a kid with no money, just thoughts, for you, the people, around the world. Can we get the mic, I'll try not to sound angry, no too long, let me voice my opinion. Our opinion starts now, and so does yours brother or sista. Don't worry about them curls right now.

Sincerely,
Melanin.
