Sophie Newman belongs to a group called 'The Other Side' Their goal is to live equally. The Other Side is half of the poor side of towns population. They fight for right against the rich side of town. Sophie finds herself in a mission with Max her mission partner where they are thrown into a small teenage jail. Their mission lead them to meet others and soon emotion becomes twisted into a plot that makes this mission a mess. What lies around the corner? Better read to on find out! <><> Yes this book is still here. I ended up reaching 1K on my due date so here I am, editing the whole book like I promised. It might ended up doing a 360 or taking a different road. You'll just have to wait and see because not even I know.

Blossom doesn't flinch. Not when she's running from cops. Not when she's hauled out of floorboards by her hair. Not even when she's bleeding. Because she literally can't feel pain. At fifteen, she's a streetwise runaway with a smart mouth, a stolen Girl Scout cookie box, and ties to one of the most dangerous gangs in New York. But everything changes when a military man walks into a holding cell and claims to be her long-lost brother-Captain Marigold, now her temporary guardian. He's determined to pull her out of the life she's built with Andre's gang, but Blossom isn't going quietly. Especially not when walking away could get her killed. Not when the streets are all she's ever known. Then there's Tyler-quiet, awkward, and painfully out of place in her world. A cop's son with a tragic past tied to Blossom in ways neither of them expected. As the truth about her condition comes to light, and buried memories begin to surface, Blossom is forced to confront what she's been running from all along: her own vulnerability.
