32 year old Emily Dyer is a graduate of the prestigious medical school, Frankford Academy. Her dreams of opening a clinic is not too far, right? However, a huge tragedy which involved both her parents sent her drowning in debts left over by them. Barely struggling over a small job as a pharmacist at a local, small pharmacy, she receives an incredible deal.

The debt collector promised her that not only will he stop collecting money from her, he will also support her with the money she needs to open her dream clinic. Provided that she plays his... little game.

Based on the first assymetrical horror game by NetEase, we explore the greater depths of the truths of the 'game', and what really happened 20 years ago. Why were these people here? What for? And why so? Follow the paths of the different survivors, as well as 2 lawyers, to unravel the mystery that has been kept untouched for a long time.
